Life throws crazy, roller-coaster parties every once in a while. More often than not being able to take a step back and deciding on the correct action isn’t allowed to happen because of how fast this all happens. You know that feeling right?
It leads to choices no one wanted to make, given half a second longer, things would possibly be going another way. Now you can’t change someone else’s actions, Christ knows how much you might want to. But being fully content with the choices that you’ve made during the ride is all that matters. Cause as long as what you did is right who cares right?
That is where my question comes into play. What’s the limit?
Such a vague question. But put simply – What’s the limit of crazy, roller-coaster parties you can have in one lifetime?
What’s the limit of pain you can handle? What’s the limit of emotional stress one can go through before they say..enough?
Were all unique no doubt about that, we each ‘tick’ to different things, we surround ourselves with people with similar interests to protect ourselves. So it’s only expected that different people have different limits…
A confident, cocky person – think coolest person you know in school – never been bullied, never singled out. Starts a job, for some reason the employees already at the establishment don’t like him say he comes across quite arrogant, knows better impolite. They proceed to fire sly comments, quickly turned to verbal abuse. What’s his limit before he snaps?
Same scenario, but imagine a shy kid – think someone whose been bullied, the situation their used to – What’s his limit? Would you expect the Shy kid to ignore the problem around him and carry on with day to day life or just breakdown?
The answer I don’t know, that is just personal opinion.
What I do know is that its how we cope in these situations that builds our character and in a way makes us stronger by preparing us for the future.
